Canada a Country of Law and Order or Insignificant Civil Laws, Bill C-43?

The editorial boards of various print media’s in Canada, who are not elected by the voters as a spokesperson for the community, hold the opinion that our Canadian laws are minor offences and trifle!

The Toronto Star, for example, is attempting to promote their editorial propaganda of not holding individual non-citizens of Canada, who reside in our land as guest under a permanent resident’s status, responsible for criminal activities.

There logic for the public good is that criminal actions of stealing other peoples property through shoplifting, common assault, dangerous driving that essential puts the lives of children, youth, the elderly and all law-abiding citizens at risk and causing public mischief, threatening damage to property or person are simply minor insignificant criminal offences that perhaps should not be on our law books?  

It’s bad enough that we have actual citizens breaking these laws let alone resident guest of this country!  

Mr. Ahmed Hussen, the head of the Canadian Somali Congress seems to agree with the Star’s position.

As he is concerned that Bill C-43 might work and thus “drastically increase the number of young immigrant male deportees without appeal,” because of such trifling offences.

For myself, I side with Alexis from the immigration ministry and agree as the vast number of Canadians would.

"It is easy for non-citizens to avoid deportation (without appeal privileges): do not commit crimes."

Finally, as citizens and not a guest of Canada we also should remember that newspapers and media outlets are commercial businesses with the imperative goal of increasing returns for their corporate and individual shareholders!

Editorial Boards are NOT elected representatives of the community and for the most part represent the ONE Per Cent of Society, in my humble opinion as a mere mortal.

Hijacking Democracy Ontario Style

Political Parties 

Will it take a judge from a USA court to convenience Ontarians, Canadians and media outlets that shutting down our Ontario Legislature and thus democracy by Dalton McGuinty is an uncompromising personal act of oppression against the electorate? 

In my humble opinion a contemptuous act that breached the standards of responsibility and ethical-political moral conduct demanded of the office of Premier! 

To date, this Premier's shutting down of the legislature has further lacked any appearances of transparency in democracy or government and remains unchallenged legally by any political party, judge, law firm, corporation, union, lawyer or news media outlet on behalf of the residents of Ontario?

Do we no longer have lawyers, judges, law firms or media corporations that care enough about democracy and the rule of law or have an ethical and moral fibre necessary to ensure that Breach of Trust charges are at least commenced against McGuinty, his fellow liberal members of the now-defunct legislature and the liberal party of Ontario?

Also and unfortunately McGuinty’s intransigent and self-serving political actions went unopposed without a whimper when endorsed by the Honourable David Onley the so-called peoples Lieutenant Governor?  

Why is that the leaders of the NDP or the Conservatives political parties of Ontario continue to only make unrealistic or enforceable notices of motions as opposed to concrete legal actions in moving to the courts for legal demands that the Ontario Legislature be dissolved and that Dalton McGuinty and his liberal party members all be charged with Breach of Trust?

When political parties suspend the democratic process through shutting down Provincial Legislatures or the House of Commons they have effectively suspended civil liberties of both elected representatives and the public.

The bypassing of democracy in such a manner by a leader of any political party, federal or provincial in nature, before having such a closure come to a democratic vote by all elected representatives should be unconstitutional and a criminal offence in any transparent and honest form of democracy in the people's opinion.

However in Ontario it now sure feels, looks, walks and works as if all the so-called moguls be they media, political, business, unionists, legalistic, judicial or whatever all cover-up for each other's intransigent characteristics at the direct expense of democracy itself in my humble opinion as a mere mortal.

I read the article.  This is an unfair interpretation of the prorogation of the Legislature which is a legal process and lies within our parliamentary tradition. Previous governments in Ontario have done it before – it is not a new and unprecedented action on the part of this Liberal Government.

I appreciate your position and thoughts about leaders of a political party presently having the legislative process, questionable as it is for democracy when used, and the fact that it has been allowed by all political parties to remain as a parliamentary tradition does not make it a morally or ethically correct. 

The former war measures act was also a parliamentary tradition that was also not politically morally or ethically right and was subsequently changed after public awareness and democracy concerns.
 

I agree with you though that this is not the only unprecedented political action that the present provincial minority liberal government has taken under the party's leader Dalton McGuinty.

We both shall have to wait for the decision of the electorate on allowing any future governments and political party leaders of having the public's endorsement or non-endorsement for any governments continued use of prorogation procedures in the people’s legislature as opposed to the present political party's legislature. 

My strong belief about democracy is that individuals are elected by the voters to represent the voters first and then that candidates own affiliated political party. 

However today 99% of these political party candidates seek elected office primarily as puppet votes for the political party banner that they run under and to heck with democracy and the voters who actually elect them into public office and not a party office that in reality represents a membership of less than 1% of eligible voters and any given time.

The People Need Only Look at Ontario to Find Democratic Rot.

One does not have to look solely in Ottawa to find democratic rot as it is alive, rampant and flourishing here in the Ontario legislature.

McGuinty's uncompromising discontinuation of the People’s Legislature for oppressive political party purposes is an outright Breach of Trust.

A contemptuous act breaching standards of responsibility and conduct demanded of the office that represented a serious and a marked departure from the standards expected in his elected position of public trust.

He intentionally used the office for purposes other than the public good for an oppressive purpose.

McGuinty along with his fellow elected liberal party members and the political party he leads should all face criminal charges in my opinion.

The Honourable David Onley, the so-called peoples LG, should immediately recall the Ontario legislature and ask one of the other political parties or their members to form a government, 

As Lieutenant Governor David definitely has the moral and ethical authority, along with a constitutional one, to show leadership by acting on behalf of democracy.

And most importantly the people are behind him to ensure that the will of the electorate be respected now that the minority government has lost the support of the Legislature and the electorate. 

The law requires our lieutenant governor to ensure that there is a functioning legislative government is in place or otherwise call an election forthwith.

Has it now become acceptable to lie and fool the voters in Ontario numerous times by political parties and their respective leaders who in reality all have a party membership of less than ONE % (1 %) of all eligible voters throughout this province!

You would hope that now Ontario residents might finally come to acknowledge that perhaps, in reality, there are no honourable and reliable political parties or career politicians who truly represent the voters or have the courage to stand up for democracy?

Political Parties an Asset or a Ruse to Democracy and Elections?

Less than one ( 1%) of a province's or federal election eligible voters is a member of one of the three major political parties.

Having less than 1% of eligible voters or of the population, just who, do these Political Parties truly and honestly represent?

Keep in mind that the primary goal, of all political parties, is to gain power for the party NOT the voter or the electorate who supports and elects the candidates running under a political party banner, be it NDP, Liberal or Conservative!

As it presently stands these power-hungry political members of a political party who represent less than 1% of eligible voters remain under a self-serving belief for power and present an illusion of power that they should never be entitled to them as such political party power Does Not represent a true and transparent democracy in any form when such a few numbers of eligible voters are participating in political parties as members.

Voter apathy and lack of civic duty and responsibility for voting and participating in provincial or federal elections have allowed these various political parties to assert their personal political ideology beliefs, that their political party knows what is the collective best for the majority of the electorate when it comes to setting not only their respective political party’s agenda but one for the 99% of citizens within the entire Country or a Province!

                                                                                      The  99% of voters who are not members of a political party should, at the very least immediately start asking and investigating who these politicians would be elite individuals, special interest groups and unions are and who continually seek political power for their respective political party members at the direct expense of the 99% of voters.

For example, Ontario has roughly 10.7 million eligible voters. 

Yet the liberal party of Ontario has fewer than 20,000 members which represents less than 1% of the eligible voters!

The NDP has an unconfirmed and estimated Ontario membership of fewer than 15,000 members!

Ontario Conservative party membership consists of approximately 30,000 members which also translates to less than 1% of eligible voters.

When compared to the total population of Ontario, do these members of any political party honestly represent a realistic percentage of the population when in honesty they seek elected office not for the voters but rather the political power of and for their respective political party?

Why is there no legislative jurisdiction over political parties under Canadian or Ontario privacy laws? Should there be?

Why are such party membership lists only available to MPPs and NOT the public, when such lists are gathered to accommodate democracy at election time so that those seeking elected office can openly solicit contributions, recruit members or votes and nothing more?

Why is it that in Canada the province of British Columbia is the only province that has legislation covering political parties under a provincial personal information protection Act? 

Are political parties just a ruse and deterrent to democracy and realistically or transparently not a true asset to democracy because in reality, all they do is a self-promoting of power for the political party and not the people?

No Canadian Flag in Quebec Legislature then No Federal Equalization Payments for Quebec Separatist Government

In 1994 to 2003 while snubbing our country’s flag and its citizens from the rest of Canada, Quebec separatists, as now,  had their hands out to Canadians from other provinces and received over $27 BILLION dollars from Canadian taxpayers.

Now today in 2012 once again like in 1994 to 2003 this separatist PQ government has removed the Canadian flag from the provincial legislature and yet remains in line to annually receive some $7.391 BILLION dollars in further equalization payments while they are in office in addition to the  BILLIONS they received last time they were elected to office.

This separatists ritual of removing the Canadian flag from the provinces legislature is an insult to the history of our nation and especially the people of Canada who continually contribute BILLIONS of their hard earned tax dollars to the government of Quebec be it a separatist government or not.

The 4,126,654 MILLION Quebecers who did not cast a single vote for Pauline Marois and her separatist Quebecois party deserve real leadership and NOT childish tantrums involving political rituals.

Pauline Marious and her fellow elected separatist representatives of a minority group 1,394,765 Million Quebecers from a total 5,919775 eligible voters would be well advised not to pretend that they somehow think they can speak for the majority of Quebecers while attempting to mooch of the rest of Canada.

Time for Canadians across Canada to demand that our elected federal government representatives of Canadians from all parties get real backbones and advice the minority PQ separatists’ government in Quebec that while the Canadian flag remains absent from the Quebec legislature and its offices all equalization payments shall cease.

The natural resources of Canada belong to all Canadians

With world oil and natural gas prices rising once again Canada urgently needs to promote oil self-sufficiency for Canada and maintain the oil supply from the oil sands first for Canadians.

As such we must promote Canadian ownership of the energy industry by investments from all provinces and the federal government into the exploration for oil in Canada especially the oil sands.

In 1975 when Atlantic Richfield pulled out from the then pioneering oil sands consortium had it had not been for the province of Ontario’s investment of 5% along with Alberta’s 10% and the federal governments 15% which ensured future oil sands developments would continue, today there would be no  potential investors in Canada’s oil sands. 

Working together the federal government along with all provinces and territories must, promote cost effective alternative energy sources by means of a revised Canadian National Energy Program and Board comprised of the federal government and all provinces and territories. 

The natural resources of Canada belong to all Canadians from coast to coasts and NOT solely any one province or territory where our natural resources presently exist or are subsequently discovered.

Ontario Needs an Election Now.

The budget is wrong; the new anti-bullying 'gay-straight' law is wrong and was borne out of attempts to population segregation, racism and anti religion factors.

This should have been an Anti Bullying Alliance with no reference whatsoever to one specific special interest group.   

Our society of the nonvoting public has allowed Canada our communities and cities to disintegrate into a immoral drug culture of gangs and cliques based on a Hollywood overfed sexual pervasion and a drug culture of immorality.

A lifestyle based disrespect for human life or the rights of others and disobedience our civil societies democratic laws of order, its justice system and law enforcement officers.

A self centred attitude of arrogance combined with a lack of individual and family responsibilities for taking care of ourselves because of a endless demand for handouts for non existing entitlements.

Further the vast majority of people with intersex conditions identify as male or female rather than transgender or transsexual. For people who identify as transgender or transsexual experience problems with their gender identity a very small portion of intersex people experience these problems.

Also a very few people who have intersex conditions also decide to change genders at some point in their life, so some people with intersex conditions might also identify themselves as transgender or transsexual but it's very rare.

Everyone has the right to define oneself and should others agree with your self-definition or not is another matter entirely.

Unfortunately it seems obvious that the goal of the main stream gay, lesbian, bisexual transgender community is to force its ideals onto all citizens in their attempt reduce individual rights by creating a society that must conform to only one viewpoint?

And when one does not conform you are instantly labeled a homophobic or a Trans phobia person!

Also we have permitted non elected bureaucrats and technocrats to be appointed into positions of setting policy based, on their reasons and speech, without any directly elected accountability or authority from the citizenship at large.

Their policies have revolved around deciding for us the cradle to grave decisions that once were democratically reserved solely for families and individuals.

Decisions and policies that have seen and been far more concerned with the well being and life of animals, birds and the bees, rather than human life and the individuals responsibility within our fragile democratic civil society.

These unelected De facto elements within our democratic society are supported, financed and backed by special interest groups, unions and political parties of all stripes.

The fact that they are unelected yet purport to be representatives of the masses in order to protect only them should this new world order as they collectively envisioned collapse and once again be destroyed as was the tower of Babel.

In closing let me wish all fathers a great father’s day and lets us all remember that there are NO SINGLE FATHERS as we always have our children.
